This root has been wild crafted here in mid Wales. I especially harvested this in mind for herbalists with out boarders as its on there wish list and it grows abundant here. The best way seems to be to tincture it. I'm interested in its liver cleansing properties and to use for psoriasis a friend of mine has had it for years.
Do not exceed recommended dose - overconsumption of Yellow Dock can cause nausea, diarrhoea and stomach cramps.
Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
