Bacopa monnieri (Brahmi),
Avena sativa semen 95% (Milky Oat Seed),
Zingiber officinale (Ginger),Angelica archangelica (Angelica root),
Artemisia absinthium (Wormwood),
Matricaria recutita (Chamomile),
Andrographis paniculata (Andrographis),
Gentiana lutea (Gentian root),
Elettaria cardamomum (Cardamom),
Cinnamomum zeylanicum (True Cinnamon / Ceylon Cinnamon),

Alcohol 45%, 1:3 extract ratio & Welsh spring water.
Do not take if pregnant, breastfeeding or on medications without advice.
Dose: 5-7 mls in a little water, morning and after lunch
Take for at least 1 month, as Hypericum perforatum needs time to build up an accumulative effect when feeling low over a prolonged period of time. However, people have noticed a pretty immediate effect when a low mood is short-term.
Three months maximum. It can be good to have a break after three months and assess the situation.
