Herbal bitters have been used for centuries to awaken the digestive fire. Just a small amount before meals signals the body to get ready — supporting healthy stomach acid, bile flow, and digestive enzymes. The result? Smoother digestion, less bloating, better nutrient absorption, and a renewed connection with the rhythm of food and body.
Bitters don’t just work on the gut — they also support the nervous system. By activating the vagus nerve (the gut–brain connection), bitters help shift the body into a state of readiness for digestion and rest. Many people find they help reduce sugar cravings, balance appetite, and encourage mindful eating.
