Urinary tract support tea
These herbs have traditionally been used for urinary tract infections and irritation and work great in a tea which brings out the mucilages, and helps flush the system.
Golden rod: Solidago virgaurea L.
Corn silk: Zea mays
Marshmallow root: Althea officinalis radix
Bearberry: Arctostaphylos uva-ursi
Cleavers: Galium aparine

As this tea has a diuretic effect, it is very important to not use this tea for extended periods of time (more than 7 days) as prolonged use can lead to imbalances of important minerals.
