Ingredients: Mullein (Verbascum thapus), marshmallow leaf (Althaea officinalis), coltsfoot (Tussilago farfara), nettle (Urtica dioca), mint (Mentha X) (not too much, but I like a small amount to lighten the smoke), raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus) and mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris).
Some of this batch was dried and processed by the organic herb trading company as I ran out of my own dried ingredients. So the stems are in the mix, and some need removing; this is reflected in the price. However, despite being stalky, they make a great tea that is also soothing for the respiratory system.
I never add damiana, however, as it's not local, but it is amazing. Some people dislike the taste, and it's quite sticky for those who use rolling papers. However, others love it and find it adds a note of magic. If you would like it added, there's no need to order separately; you can add a note to the order.
