Holy Basil (Ocimum tenuiflorum), Nettle Seed (Urtica dioica semen), Limeflower (Tilia europea), Ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba), Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus), Rosemary (Salvia rosmarinus), Milky oats (Avena sativa), Rose Water (Rosa damascena), Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium) and organic alcohol.  

So mega mix served me well (& a lot of stories to tell), but is extremely high in caffeine from the guarana and the kola nut. I do want a pick me up and some support with social anxiety but I also want to be able to go to sleep afterwards, oh responsibilities! 

This mix is also of this land, everything grown here in wales except the organic alcohol the herbs are extracted into.    

Nettle seed is the stimulating adaptogen here which some people are very stimulated by so as always drop dose and see how you feel.

Price is unfortunately higher than the mega mix but this is due to the fact all the herbs are harvested at their prime, tinctured and then blended as opposed to buying them dry and tincturing together. Limited supply available.
