Epsom salts, Magnesium sulphate (Epsom Salt), Sodium chloride (Sea Salt), Salvia rosmarinus (Rosemary), Piper nigrum (Black Pepper), Calendula officinalis (Calendula), Stellaria media (Chickweed), Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender Essential Oil), Zingiber officinale (Ginger Essential Oil and dried root), Piper nigrum (Black Pepper Essential Oil), Curcuma longa (Turmeric Essential Oil) rose geranium essential oil.
Use 1 to 2 cups per bath or foot soak for relaxation and mineralization. A decent cupful is recommended per soak for medicinal effect. And don't underestimate the powerful effect of foot baths.
