I have given birth twice at home, both times with the support of herbs. While learning more about herbs I know they have a long tradition of assisting in birth and feel at the magical time the earth has provided us with assistance, all we have to do is accept it. This pack can be made bespoke to your needs. As a base there is a nourishing tea with is made and put in a flask to be drunk throughout the birthing. It calms, supports, nourishes, eases surges and shares its stamina with you while birthing. Secondly there are massage oils for drawing the baby down, and lastly a post natal tea to help with stopping the bleeding, restoring iron levels and general healing of of body and relaxing of the mind.
